Ordering From the Web Shop
Items on the shop page can be purchased directly from the site with a credit card, I use PayPal to process web orders. Please visit the PayPal website to read their secure payment policies. If you are having difficulty ordering online or do not like PayPal please e-mail or phone, I am happy to assist you.

Ordering By Phone
If you would like to place your order by phone, please call 215-939-4923, I can accept most major credit cards over the phone.

Please contact me before ordering by mail to calculate shipping costs. Then!

Custom Orders
I am happy to consider custom orders, be it changing a color on one of my designs to creating a unique item just for you. To start the custom order process, please e-mail me with your detailed request. Please note that custom orders are not returnable. Your order is handmade with great care and is conveyed as close to your specifications as possible. Due to the nature of the ceramic process some variations may occur.

Shipping
Your items will be lovingly packaged just for you to keep them safe on their journey! I ship instock items within 2 days of placing your order. All other items are put into production as soon as your payment is verified. I fire the kiln each week so your items are never more than 10 -12 days(approximately) from shipping. US orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Depending on the type of order I choose the best and most secure means to ship your items. International orders, please e-mail me to make arrangements.

Returns/Exchanges
Please e-mail me within 3 days of receiving your order to work out the details for a return. All returns must be approved to receive a refund. Returns and exchanges must be sent in the original packaging and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. I take great pride in my work and carefully package each piece, please do the same. I will refund the price of the returned item only if it is un-used and in new condition, however, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please note that Custom Orders are not returnable.

Wholesale
I run a independent pottery studio and will accept wholesale orders from select boutiques and galleries.
